     Everyone knows that quality customer service is important. Whether you are trying to provide that standout service or you are expecting notable treatment we all know that the better the service, the better the outcome. At Call One we take that very seriously. Our customer service department takes pride in the work we do. We know that life is not perfect and along the way, things will need repairs. This holds true for the telecom industry just as much as any other. The difference that the Call One team tries to make is that we are always here for our customers. We realize that at times our customers are looking to us on some of their most stressful days. They are relying on us to answer their questions, calm their nerves, and resolve their issue in a timely matter, which is not something we take lightly.

   So, what does our customer service team do that stands out? First and foremost, we listen. We take the time to really understand what is going on with our customer’s issue and how we can best remedy the situation. We want to make sure that all of our customers are treated as a priority regardless of what the issue might be. We also believe that communication is key. We make great efforts to keep our customers up to date with any progress. It is crucial to us that we keep contact with our customers as much as possible so they know that we are doing our best to resolve the issue that is taking place.

     Communication and listening to a customer may seem like pretty basic customer service rules, but those basics combined with our knowledge really makes a difference. We pride ourselves on knowing our craft. We know the services we offer so that we can better assist our customers, and we have continual training for our team to keep us all up to date with the telecom industry. We know that in our field of business technology is always changing and new products are being created so the more we know, the more helpful we can be. In addition, we’re not just a group of individuals that make up the Customer Service department. We are a team. We are one single unit that works together to problem solve each issue that arises. When a situation gets stressful we help each other. We rely on each others’ experience and input to ensure that we are able to reach the best and quickest resolution for every one of our clients. Last, but most certainly not least, our willingness to go the extra mile is what really gives our service the Call One touch. No matter how large or small a customer’s issue might be, we will work within our company as a team to connect, resolve, and follow up each and every time. Exceptional customer service isn’t just important at Call One, it’s a top priority.
