Q. What is your role at Call One and how long have you been here?
A. I am the PBX Services Support Team Lead. I have been here since November 2013.
I timed it so I could enjoy walking downtown during Chicago's third coldest winter.

Q. In 5 words, can you describe Call One?
A. Rewarding, growing, fast-paced, innovative and philanthropic.

Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy learning new technology, explaining how it works to customers and of course, my fellow employees.

Q. What is your proudest moment at Call One?
A. When I was named a Comcierge award recipient!

Q. What tv show/movie are you ashamed to admit you love?
A. Let’s just say if I had a pet iguana I’d name it Daenerys.
